We ensure every aspect of your personalized keepsake is agreed upon before payment. Following confirmation and payment, we initiate the creation of your keepsake.
For those desiring a unique size, we offer custom shadowboxes as a 'Special Order,' with an estimated delivery period of 8 to 10 weeks.
*Please note that to achieve optimal preservation results, it is crucial to collect funeral and wedding flowers within days of the event. Fresh, not wilted flowers, are best. We will coordinate with you to schedule a timely pickup.
